Sate Rebus (Stewed-Seasoned Meat)

Description:
A quick-to-serve food for your family, especially when you're not in the mood for cooking. This spicy meat can boost up your family's spirit. Try this at home ;-)

Ingredients:
1 kilograms of non-fat cow meat (you can substitute with other meat if you like), boiled and chopped 2x2 cm
5 pcs garlic, chopped
10 pcs red onion, chopped
20 pcs green chilli
250 ml water
pepper, salt, fried oil, and soya-bean ketchup

Directions:
* Boil up fry pan with 3 spoon of oil.
* Pour garlic, onion, and stewed meat together into the fry pan. Stir well for about a minute.
* Pour the water into fry pan, add a teaspoon of salt, stir well.
* Keep it boiled until the seasoning absorbed, at about 5-10 minutes.
* Pour green chilli, pepper, and soya-bean ketchup as you like. I suggest about 1 teaspoon of pepper and 3 spoon of ketchup.
* Stir well, then it has been ready to serve.
